Originally built as a fountain, this sculpture on Block Island depicts the biblical Rebecca offering water as she did to Abraham's servant. The fountain was erected by the Women's Christian Temperance Union and seems to be an attempt to persuade the island's drinkers to choose water over liquor. She now stands in the middle of an intersection, and urges the vehicles to "Keep Right."
